Privacy Policy

At Dataroute Pro, transparency is part of our technical stack. This document outlines how we process data across our Turkish gaming infrastructure and international application deployments.

Effective Date 2026-01-29
Document ID DP-LEG-2026-V4

Policy Summary

This policy covers our data processing activities in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) in Turkey and global privacy standards.

Core Data Collection & Parameters

For Dataroute Pro to deliver high-performance gaming application services and professional insights, we must collect specific data points. This is not arbitrary; it is a requirement for routing logic, server-side performance monitoring, and secure user access within the Turkish local network environment.

Personal data is defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. When you interact with our platforms, we collect data in two primary streams: active input and passive metadata.

[ Active Inputs ]

  • Contact details (Name, Professional Email) provided via forms.
  • Account credentials for developer dashboards.
  • Technical inquiries and support ticket logs.

[ System Logs ]

  • IP Addresses and Turkish ISP routing data.
  • Browser agent strings and hardware telemetry.
  • Latency logs and interaction timestamps.

Methodological Evaluation: Why We Process

We process your data primarily to ensure the robustness of the Dataroute Pro environment. This includes performance optimization (matching your request to the nearest Turkish node to minimize ping) and security enforcement (protecting our infrastructure from malicious UDP traffic).

The Method Note

"Our approach to data is evaluated based on risk-minimization and robustness. We limit processing to the absolute technical minimum required to sustain a 40ms latency standard within the Istanbul-Ankara corridor. We do not engage in behavioral profiling for third-party advertising."

Failure Modes & Risks

  • 01. OVER-RETENTION

Storing technical logs beyond their operational utility. Prevention: Automatic purging of non-essential logs every 90 days.

  • 02. UNENCRYPTED TRANSIT

Sending user metadata over insecure HTTP. Prevention: Enforcement of HSTS and TLS 1.3 across all routes.

  • 03. THIRD-PARTY LEAKAGE

Uncontrolled access by sub-processors. Prevention: Strict API scoping and quarterly vendor audits.

KVKK

KVKK Alignment

Under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (Turkey), we act as both data controller and processor depending on the specific application engagement. We prioritize domestic storage in Gayrettepe and Dudullu data centers to ensure jurisdictional continuity.

ENCRYPT

Encryption standards

All sensitive datasets are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards. Our database architecture utilizes role-based access control (RBAC), ensuring that only authorized DevOps personnel can access administrative metadata during infrastructure maintenance.

TRANSIT

Transfer Limitations

We do not transfer personal data outside the borders of the Republic of Turkey unless explicit consent is obtained or if the destination provides an adequate level of protection as recognized by Turkish authorities.
