The Rules of
Engagement.

Welcome to Dataroute Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our specialized infrastructure, APIs, and gaming optimization tools. By accessing our systems, you enter into a binding agreement with us.

02.1 Access Rights & Authorization

Dataroute Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our gaming middleware and connectivity routes exclusively for lawful application development and deployment within the Republic of Türkiye. This authorization is contingent upon your adherence to our technical specs and latency overhead limits.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Any "System Breach" or unauthorized entry originating from your designated developer tokens will be attributed to your account, necessitating immediate remediation at your studio's expense.

02.2 Infrastructure Responsibility

While Dataroute Pro ensures 99.9% uptime for our core Istanbul redundancy nodes, the end-user experience (ping/latency) remains subject to the limitations of local Turkish ISPs and the user's physical distance from the Point of Presence (PoP).

Dev Responsibility

Maintenance of game-side code, logic optimization, and database architecture efficiency.

Provider Responsibility

BGP routing, DDoS mitigation at the edge, and hardware integrity within the Gayrettepe facility.

[ Operational Assumptions ]

Our terms are predicated on the stability of local fiber backbone infrastructure and current KVKK regulatory stances. Should subsea cable landing rights change in the Aegean or local cloud taxes shift significantly, Dataroute Pro reserves the right to adjust service tier pricing with 30 days' notice.

Usage Deadlines

  • ▶ Billing cycles refresh on the 1st of each month (TRT).
  • ▶ Late payments result in 'Restricted Throughput' after 72 hours.
  • ▶ Downtime claims must be filed within 48 hours of detection.

Operational Constraints & Trade-offs

Our Istanbul routes minimize ping for TR users but offer limited redundancy for US/EU players.

Deep Packet Inspection can add 2-4ms of jitter depending on traffic volume.

Fixed monthly rates limit dynamic scaling during massive viral events.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability.

Dataroute Pro provides its services "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive for zero packet loss, we do not guarantee an uninterrupted experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish Law No. 6102 and related consumer protection statutes, Dataroute Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from connection failures, data corruption, or downtime caused by upstream ISP complications.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Center (Çağlayan), Türkiye. The interpretation of these terms shall be strictly governed by the Laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
